Delivery

We ship all orders to a UK address. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive at your UK address within 5 working days.

Processing Time

We ship all orders from our studio in the UK.

• Standard Orders: We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1 to 3 working days of your purchase.

• Personalised Orders: Please note that personalized products require a longer lead time. These orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 weeks after you have placed your order.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@oddlywild.co.uk. We will investigate the issue with the courier and work to provide a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

 

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange for it to be re-sent, but please note that a re-delivery fee may apply.
